Sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and assessing are just some of the steps we take to ensure that we are uncovering your hidden talent to accurately match you to the best fit and at the best market value.

Everything in our process, from the moment you hit submit profile until you are placed in your new dream job, is 100% confidential.
Our process is simple:
- Submit your resume/profile.
- You receive an email scheduling a phone call interview with one of our recruiters to review your experience, salary expectations and desired location.***
- You will receive a second call by our senior recruiter to fully assess your potential and educate you on what is the current market status (rates, available positions, what’s happening in real estate)
- You will be asked to complete a short assignment/homework to help build your profile.
- Then you start interviewing for any suitable opportunities – discreetly. Offsite if necessary.
- Throughout the interview process, we coach you on how to interview, and what to expect from the recruitment process.
- All our hires complete a One-Day Paid Job Trial (aka employment assessment) to ensure that you like how the team/brokerage operates (in both processes and personality).
- If both you and the client are satisfied with the Job Trial, then we proceed to writing your employment offer and employment agreement, ensuring that it is in compliance with the Employment Standards Act.

IT'S FREE
Our fee is completely separate from your salary. We don’t take a percentage of what you make nor are you ever charged any fees.
Our fee does not reduce what you could have made. Your salary will be negotiated based on fair market value (what other similarly qualified candidates earn in your area for the same position).
Even if you never accept a position through our efforts, our coaching and mentoring is meant to help you find your place in the real estate world at absolutely no cost.
